Q) Can I supply my own products to be printed on ?

We do not print on customers products, our products have been selected and tested for the best print results, customers products can be treated with chemicals that can cause reactions damaging the print and the product, using our media we know the final product is of the best quality and standards.

Q) Why can I only add 20 items of a custom product ?

To make sure we have enough stock in for orders we limit each item to 20, if you need more of a custom item then let us know and we can accommodate this for you, we can also offer bulk discounts.

How to wash printed clothing ?

To keep the design vibrant and prevent cracking:

Turn the Garment Inside Out: Protect the toner print from rubbing against other clothing or the washing machine drum.
Use Cold Water: Wash at a low temperature setting (around 30°C).
Choose a Gentle Cycle: Select the delicate or hand-wash setting.
Avoid Bleach and Harsh Softeners: Use a mild, color-safe detergent.
Air Dry: Hang the garment to dry naturally. If you must use a tumble dryer, use the lowest heat setting.
